Our filters have had a makeover! Although the look and color have changed, they still provide the high level filtration that helps you Create a Better Home Environment®. The new design optimizes the HEPA performance level filtration filtering 99.97% of allergens down to .3 microns. This is a direct replacement for your current filter. We have updated the design to provide a more rigid filter and changed the frame color to make it easier for you to identify our Genuine HEPA (yellow frame) and HEPA Pet Pure™ Filters (purple). We know how frustrating it can be to find the GENUINE filter in the sea of options you can find online. REMEMBER: It is very important to use only GENUINE filters made by Guardian Technologies to ensure proper performance and fit in your machine.
Important: The fit of your new filter may vary from the original. It’s due to the change in materials and is designed to be a less snug fit. This will NOT affect the performance of the filter.
GermGuardian® FLT5250PT HEPA with Pet Pure Treatment GENUINE Replacement Filter C is a combination filter. It includes a HEPA filter that captures 99.97% of allergens as small as .3 microns. It also has a PetPure™ Filter Treatment, an antimicrobial agent to inhibit the growth of mold, mildew and odor-causing bacteria on the surface of the filter. The pre-filter/activated carbon filter layer captures odors from cooking, pets and smoking.
It is recommended to use with the GermGuardian® AC5000E, AC5250PT, AC5300B, AC5350W, AC5350B, CDAP5500; PureGuardian® AP2800CA, Black+Decker™ Model BXAP250 and Lowe's® Idlyis Model IAP-GG-125. The use of this genuine Guardian Technologies™ replacement part will maintain the product's performance.
